Grappa Ticinese W1920
Composition
The pomace are derived from the Merlot grape grown in Ticino. Distilled in the traditional manner in grandpa's old pot still which still works perfectly today. The value of this grappa is based on two basic principles: the raw material fresh and dripping with wine and then immediate distillation upon arrival at the distillery. The olfactory qualities of hazelnut, wild flowers and black pepper delight the palate, highlighting a harmonious body. The alcoholic note is well balanced. A touch of aromatic herbs lingers in the palate. We recommend tasting it in a tulip glass, not too small, at 16-18 ° C temperature.
