General Conditions of Contract (GCC)
1 General notes
The offer of the Wittwer1920 Online Shop includes goods. All sales, deliveries and other performances take place only in accordance with these General Conditions of Contract. Any questions or disputes in connection with these Conditions should be directed in writing via e-mail (info @ wittwer1920.com) or by post to our address.
2. Using the Online Shop
The use of our Wittwer1920 online shop is restricted to natural or legal persons, capable of acting without limit, both for personal use or as a gift for others. The data that are required for the order, such as surname, name, address, email address, date of birth etc. must be truthful and complete. Only adults may buy alcoholic products from our website. With the confirmation of the order the customer confirms its majority age required by the law.
3.RIGHT OF REVOCATION
On products purchased from us we grant a right of withdrawal. Please send the withdrawal in writing via e-mail within 14 days of receipt of goods. Decisive for the compliance with the deadline is the time of dispatch of the withrawal. The withdrawal must be addressed to:

Through the right of withdrawal you achieve the cancellation according to which the benefits received under the contract of sale must be reimbursed. In case of withdrawal please return the goods with the original packaging and a copy of the invoice. The delivery of goods is at your expence. Upon receipt of the goods the sale price will be refunded. It is at our discretion the opportunity to retain part of the refund in case of damage and/or excessive wear of the goods returned.
Wittwer1920 will also refund the sale price if you received a damaged item and not corresponding to the goods ordered.
4. Offer and conclusion of contract
During the purchase process you will be asked to accept the Conditions of contract, infact this implies the acceptance of these conditions thus creating a contract of sale for products listed in your Wittwer1920 shopping cart. After the order you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the prices and the the Swiss value-added tax in force at the time of purchase.
5. Supply conditions
Orders can only be provided to customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The delivery time, depending on the type of shipping chosen, are 1-5 days. Please consider that before public holidays longer time is needed for elaboration and general supply of goods. Wittwer1920 will take care to inform you on the availability of the goods you ordered. In the event of delay in shipment you will be free to accept any counteroffer or decide to withdraw from the contract. Wittwer1920 will take care to refund payments made and not delivered.
In principle, the products offered on our online store are immediately available from stock. For orders of large amounts the customer is required to make direct contact with us info@wittwer1920.com
6. Method of payment and payment terms
For purchases through the Online Shop there are various payment methods:
6.1. Credit cards
Orders placed through the Wittwer1920 Online Shop can be paid by the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, Postcard.
For payments by credit card the supply will be sent once we have received the amount due.
6.2. Purchase invoice
Full payment of the invoice within 30 days from the date of issue.
7. Responsibility
Wittwer1920 assumes no responsibility for malfunction due to the website or malfunction in general associated with the Online Shop.
8. Change in the conditions of contract, applicable law and jurisdiction
Wittwer1920 reserves the right to amend these General Conditions of Contract at any time and without giving reasons. These changes do not apply to orders already placed. The place of performance and jurisdiction is Biasca (TI). In the event that any provision of these Conditions should be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will not be affected.
